This afternoon we celebrated Anne Mckay’s birthday with the singer Annie, who gave us a brilliant show from outside the window. She sang all kinds of old classics for us as well as some rock n roll and old favourites. Staff and residents enjoyed a dance and many enjoyed having a dance with their arms or a clap from their chairs. At the end we sang Happy Birthday to Anne and gave her the lovely chocolate cake made by Kirsty and decorated with even more chocolate by Vicky. Everyone enjoyed this with a cup of tea afterwards.
