Because it was V.E Day and the weather was beautiful we had the option of having lunch in the garden. Some opted to stay inside as it was cool (Though later on it became scorching!) We had street party food such as sausage rolls, cucumber sandwiches, jam sandwiches, spam sandwiches, egg mayo plus more, crisps, Battenburg and home-made Bakewell tart (Which Vicky wanted to decorate like the Union Jack but the blueberries never got delivered, so it was make do and mend)
