Tracy brought out our library of Pictures to Share books for residents to look at, read and reminisce over. Some read these independently (e.g. Susan, Roy, Pam C, John) and others needed help and encouragement to talk and reminisce (Arthur, Mildred, Mary, Nicole, etc.) Some recited the “Lord’s Prayer” and some started singing e.g. “Daisy, Daisy” and “I Do Like to be Beside the Seaside”, amongst other songs. These books always bring a smile to many faces and are such a valuable resource. Also, Pam was delighted to receive some flowers and a card from her family today.
