Today we said goodbye to Tracy, one of our Activities co-ordinators. Tracy has been given a new job opportunity, as a support worker on the women’s ward in a mental health hospital. Tracy was the first activities co-ordinator to work at Hallamshire care home and has built up the activities and resources from scratch. Tracy also built many good networking relationships between us and the community and has gained a few loyal volunteers along the way. It goes without saying that Tracy will be missed! It won’t be the last that we see of her though, as Tracy is still going to come back and volunteer from time to time with large outings, Godly play etc. Thank you, Tracy, from the bottom of our hearts for the hours of love that you have poured into this home and the extra unpaid hours that nobody sees that goes into this job.
