This morning Helen got the percussion and the song sheets out and we had a good sing. We tried to think of a few different songs to sing today. John sang us a lovely song in Nigerian and we sang a couple of simple French songs including one in rounds. Olga sang us a beautiful version of We’ll meet again and we had fun singing silly songs like Old Macdonald and Drunken Sailor. Some people enjoyed trying the percussion out too, with tambourine, drum and xylophone to try. Later, Helen went to see residents who were in their rooms and sang a few songs with them too.
