Helen asked residents if they would like to write a letter to their family or have a little help to write one. A few people chose to do this and John and Pam wrote their own, with Nicole, Olga and Mildred needing some help with theirs. Others preferred a phone call, including Mary, Elsie and Lois, who all had a nice chat with their daughters on the phone and Elsie even sang a song with Angie. Others enjoyed opening mail from their families or re-reading old mail. Roy really enjoyed a WhatsApp video call with Judy and Matt and was delighted to see them.
