Olga and Valerie L agreed to help with the baking activity this morning. We were making buns for our Easter party tomorrow (Easter Sunday). We enjoyed the mixing activity and Olga spent some time reminiscing about her baking days and working out what ingredients we needed. We made coffee and chocolate/orange buns and Olga helped me cut out butterfly shapes with a cutter and we thought they looked very effective – bright and colourful to remind us of Spring time.
