We had fun baking a lemon birthday cake in the lounge this morning. Mary, Lois and Pam C offered to help and Lillie chose to watch. We had a time of reminiscence about our baking days. We enjoyed the lovely smell of the lemon zest and juice. We all enjoyed mixing. Mary cracked the eggs, very professionally as always. We were all pleased with the result. What a beautiful, tasty lemon cake!
