We held a lovely, peaceful church service in the small lounge this morning. We started by playing a CD with 50 popular hymns on it and joined in singing a couple of the hymns (with the help of printed song sheets) at the start and the end of our time together. Tracy read out a few prayers and we all recited The Lord’s Prayer together, from memory. We looked at pictures with scriptures and most chose to read one or two out to the rest of the group. Tracy ended the time with a prayer of protection for the care home and it’s occupants.
