We had our first Memory Cafe event at the Hallamshire Care Home today and it was a great success. Lovely to have our volunteers come to help create a lively atmosphere with reminiscing over pictures/photos with residents and encouraging conversations, Finish the Proverb Game and a sing-a-log with Tracy on the guitar. We all stayed for lunch and had a pleasant social time together. Good to include a lot more people.
