We had a very enjoyable toddler group session this morning. We had eight residents attend, three visitors, five children and three parents. We started with free play/imaginary play, followed by a sing along time together, using musical instruments. For messy play, we had some play dough out and a painting project with the idea of using hand prints and finger printing to make elephant pictures (This was a bit ambitious, but they had fun all the same) We had a snack time, followed by a couple of stories. Vicky read one story and then Jenny read another story. We ended with bubble popping and musical statues.
