We had a fabulous time with the Andrew Watson Quintet (keyboard, drums, sax, clarinet, bass and guitar) this afternoon. Great to have so many friends, staff and family members join us. A packed-out room full of fun, singing, dancing and laughter. They played some wonderful jazz music with a few festive sing-a-longs at the end. Vicky organised a raffle, quiz and tombola. Carol (Nellie’s daughter) won the quiz – a bottle of bubbly. Various family members. staff and friends won some good prizes too and we raised £47 towards our activities fund. Thank you to all for your kind donations and for supporting this event. We enjoyed a buffet tea together and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
