We had a very enjoyable time at the Remembrance Sunday Service at St Marks on this cold, sunny morning. Andy pushed Pam Crossland up the hill in a wheelchair and Tracy took Marion Peck and Elsie in car. Elsie especially enjoyed hearing the choir sing some beautiful songs. We all took Holy Communion and said prayers for all those brave soldiers who gave their lives. It was good to sit with Margaret Ainger (Lois’ daughter), chatting over coffee and biscuits at the end.
