We had a lovely time with the Little Acorns toddler group this morning. We had 3 adults and five children attend and eights residents and our volunteer Krystal. We started with free play and chatting, whilst listening to nursery rhymes. We had a song time with use of the musical instruments, which we all enjoyed. Susan found a dog puppet so we sang “How much is that doggy in the window”, which made her giggle. We did some Aqua painting together and some chose to play with the playdough. Vicky blew some bubbles for us using the bubble wand. We had a snack time and then Vicky read us a story. We are looking forward to the next one which is going to be at Medieval Mayhem in a fortnight.
