We had great fun today listening to a record called “Pajama Game” from a Doris Day film. It was interesting to read the record cover, a trivia fact sheet and quiz all about Doris. Elsie and her daughter had a go at the quiz and did very well. We learnt lots of interesting facts and tried to remember a lot of her films and songs. Tracy and Susan did a bit of tap-dancing to one of the songs. Elsie commented on her amazing legs! Zoe and Deborah (seniors) are big fans of Doris Day so this was their idea. We also had a look through Tracy’s ever-expanding record collection and just had to play her latest bargain – The Sound of Music. This activity brought back lots of happy memories.
