We all had a lift to the Jesus Centre for the tea dance today. Julie came with Mary and bought Elsie too and Steve took Wynn who really enjoyed today, as well as Susan. Peggy met us there with her daughter. We had a lot of other volunteers and helpers today, with Betty, Rita, Krystal and Steve as well as Vicky and Helen. Tracy popped in too. There weren’t as many people there as usual from the other homes but everyone who was there seemed to enjoy themselves. Those of us who weren’t dancing enjoyed singing along or listening to the music and we had the raffle as usual. We had lifts back today instead of walking which was good because it was raining.
