We enjoyed our time with the Little Acorns toddler group this morning. We had four toddlers and four parents and a grandparent attend. We had Peggy join us for the day which was lovely. The residents that attended were Margaret Seal, Olga, Tricia Y, Tricia R, Margaret P, Sheila. We had Helen helping Vicky out today and also Krystal was volunteering. We started with some free play and chatting, followed by singing nursery rhymes together. After the song time we made Mother’s Day cards and played with playdough, even the residents joined in with this. Vicky blew some bubbles for the toddlers and they loved it, especially little Peggy who was giggling. We tidied the toys away ready for snack time. Vicky and Krystal both read us a story. We ended with playing musical statues.
