We enjoyed a warm welcome from our Irish friends at the Philadelphia Club. Good to take Margaret Pashley and Win along, with the help of Win’s son, Steve. Not many there but the music was good and we had a few dances, enjoyed tasty hot roast pork sandwiches and lots of hot drinks. Margaret even had a dance with Tracy! Which was a first. She enjoyed catching up with her old friends from St Marie’s and her nursing days at the Northern General. A lovely afternoon and we very nearly won at Bingo. Next time….
