Jenny and Frances (from St Marks church) led a small Holy Communion service in the conservatory, which was much appreciated by all the residents and family who attended. We thoroughly enjoyed singing the well-known carols – Silent Night, Hark and Herald Angels, Ding Dong Merrily on High and the old favourite, Away in a Manger. The harmonising was beautiful, thanks to Valerie Loft’s family and friends. Great to socialise afterwards over hot drinks and chocolate biscuits.
