It was a cold, damp morning but we braved the weather and walked to St Andrews for our weekly Buzz session – “youth group for the elderly”. We were made very welcome with coffee and biscuits. Valerie Loft was brilliant at table tennis and really enjoyed herself. Good to do a quiz and chat with all the friendly staff there.
