Jennifer from St Marks church kindly came along to guide our Holy Communion Service (a regular monthly event). It was good to have our two new residents, Tricia and Valerie, take part and enjoy the service. Tracy did the scripture reading and Martin (Valerie’s husband) said the prayers. We enjoyed this Harvest Festival service, complete with two of our favorite
hymns, All Things Bright and Beautiful and We Plough the Fields and Scatter. Good to spend time chatting over tea/coffee/biscuits at the end.
