We had an outing to Ponds Forge Tea Dance. Deborah took Pam, Win and Steve in her car, Vicky and Mihaela took Marion Peck, Arthur and Margaret Pashley in a taxi.
We met Jill, Rita, Ursula plus baby Eden there. We ate a picnic lunch in the skyline foyer before the dancing started. Good to listen to the fabulous Susan St Nicholas and her husband singing. The residents particularly loved it when her husband sang an Elvis song! We had cream teas in the interval, and baby Eden got lots of attention! Susan took a shine to Arthur and kept singing to him and holding his hand. We had a lovely time and as always didn’t want it to end.
