We had an enjoyable lunch out at the Memory Cafe (Jesus Centre Parlour Cafe). It was a cold but sunny Autumn day and a few of us enjoyed the walk round whilst some preferred to travel by car.
Good to have our usual volunteers there to provide support and some one-to-one chats. Great to have a couple of new folk there from the community (Rose with mild dementia and her friend Eddie). Good to have some healthy competition for the Alphabet Game. We had a very nice lunch and most of the time was spent chatting and making new friends.
