Tracy and Mandy (Paul’s friend) took Paul in a taxi to Kelham Island for their annual Disabled Access Day. He found the experience very interesting especially from an engineering point of view.
He surprised us both with all the facts he felt able to share and could recognise lots of the artefacts and valued the opportunity to reminisce about old friends mentioned there. We had some excellent cappuccinos and cake in the café before heading back home in taxi. Tracy took some photos and we enjoyed looking at these on the big screen with Margot when we got back.
