DESCRIPTION:This afternoon we had an energising Motion session led by Zeezy\, Using the Portal Tv. We also had all staff joining in and helping ? We did some chair exercises and action songs\, used Cheer leading pom poms\, resistance bands\, pool noodles and balloons and we finished the exercises with the giant parachute. We did a lot of giggling today. The star of the week was Penny! We all enjoyed a well-deserved cold drink at the end! \n  \n  \n
