Caroline Cook has now established her Gardening Club which will take place in the conservatory (with ready access to the garden) once a month from 3 - 4pm. Everyone welcome to come and join in.
A trip out to see a film at the Showroom Cinema. We leave around 11.30 and take a picnic lunch. The film starts at 12pm. After the film we enjoy a picnic lunch and free teas and coffees. Residents are £6 carers are free
We have organised some fun sessions with a student exercise group provider called "Motion" who will aim to come every fortnight. Friends and family members are welcome too.
We will now be alternating the Memory Cafe between the Jesus Centre and the Hallamshire Care Home. Same format as before but ending with lunch at 1pm and games and guitar sing-a-long from 11,30am.
We will be taking a small group along to this Irish lunch/dance event with live music at the Philadelphia Club. Relatives/friends are welcome to come and join us or help with lifts or meet us there. Kev Mullowney will be entertaining us.
Kevin is a much-loved performer at the care home and will be coming to sing and play his guitar for us to get us in the party mood. Time to celebrate Marion Kennedy's birthday with song, dancing, fun and laughter and birthday cake of course! All welcome.
Jennifer and Frances from St Marks Church are visiting to give out residents a short Holy Communion Service in the conservatory (usually on the third Wednesday of the month but please check on-line events diary for any changes to this). All friends and family members are welcome to come along.

Yo will be continuing with this popular singing and movement event once a month on a Tuesday afternoon and this will last for one hour with refreshments afterwards.

Tracy will be telling a "story for the soul" from 2.30pm, aimed at Christians and non-Christians alike. This involves a guitar sing-a-long, a Bible story, told in a simple and engaging manner, and finally a time for reflection and a "Feast" time with light refreshments. All welcome to join in and help support this event.
